We will dive into the Heart Sutra to uncover how our understanding and experience of emptiness can have a positive effect in our lives. Atul Govil will be back to continue this exploration. Prior attendance at recent Sanghas where we explored the Heart Sutra is not required, this session is open to anyone wanting to drop in. The Heart Sutra is a foundational teaching on emptiness, used by many Mahayana traditions.

All are welcome to attend the Lehigh Valley Buddhist Group’s monthly Sunday Sangha series. Sangha is open to Buddhist and non-Buddhist alike. Attendance at this time is in-person only. If you have questions please use the contact link on the website.
